just a little something

So this was my away message today:

"I got an email saying that at 6:33 today someone will tell me something I've been waiting to hear. well... at 6:33 tonight I'll be in a theater on opening night, surrounded by lighting designers who are doing last minute things, actors who can't find their costumes, and directors who've poured sweat and blood into this thing for the past two months. Which means at 6:33 someone might say something to me, but it will not be something I've been waiting my whole life to hear spoken aloud."

So, at 6:33 tonight... I was backstage making notes from the script and talking to myself haha. I just get a kick out of that.

BTW the show went well tonight. No last minute crises. But there's room for improvement.
