Velvet is in heat, and Jack is clueless as to what he should do about it. (Typical guy...)

She started her rattly cry this morning and he responded by licking her face. A few hours later, she started crying again and he came over and began to clean her butt (they all clean each other's butts repeatedly, often in a place we don't want them to, like on my bed). She was thrilled to finally get some attention from him and cried louder.

He responded with "I'm bored of this" and went over to Puca who was sleeping on the couch and woke her up (Typical guy...) and started humping her (Typical guy...), even though he can't get anything productive done in that department.

Velvet sat there staring at them like her heart was ripping to pieces inside of her. (In a typical, unrequited-love-sort-of-way).

So no more house of blues, today its the house of sexual frustration... what's new on your end?

EDIT: Jack has just discovered the perils of messing with a woman with the munchies. Cleaning up from dinner, I put a bowl with scraps of cheese down on the floor, knowing he's always hungry. Velvet rushed over and pushed him out of the way to get to the food. So he followed me around hoping I would notice that he didn't get to eat the treat I gave him, so I put a spoon down that still had some grated cheese stuck to it, and Velvet (who had finished the bowl off in seconds) also managed to push him out of the way and take the spoon. Poor guy is going to go to bed with a full stomach tonight; rather than a full-to-bursting stomach...
