Trashiest thing since the Staten Island Dump

Ok. I laughed through this because its absurd. I firmly believe it is ok for a preacher to publicly state a political opinion. However, do it with some class, style, elegance, or something.

It seems the preacher and I share the same contempt for the news stations though. Someone's got to tell them that no one gives a darn what a politician's family does, what is important is that politician's OWN beliefs and actions, and what that politician will be passing into law. And for Pete's sake, can we give the pregnant minors some privacy, please?

I couldn't reach the point where I thought that man was funny... I just couldn't help but be sad and angry. It is interesting though, I was watching a news special, and it seems like even though a lot of people are vocal about not caring about candidates personal lives, that quite often sex scandals will often destroy political careers. I really do think that America is much more conservative in this respect than most of the rest of the world. And it's all part of the politics. If you want a position of power, then you need to be ready to be put under the microscope, for your family to be put into the public spotlight. I agree sometimes it goes too far, but that's what being a leader means. It means that you are judged harder than anyone else. God too will judge those who lead more harshly, no? Because by their actions they not only condemn themselves but they condemn their followers as well.

he wasn't funny... he was so ridiculous I had to laugh. i think that politicians need to be ready to be put under the microscope themselves... but not their families, unless it has to do with how that politician treats his family. just because sarah palin's daughter is pregnant is no reason that she would not make a good leader. if you said she would not be a good leader because she has no experience, thats different. but basing her quality on her daughter's choices is stupid. and bristol and britney and jaime lynn and lindsay lohan and paris hilton need their privacy. (ok so not all of them are minors, but when you ACT like a minor you get CLASSIFIED as a minor.) stupid paparazzi ruining people's lives...
