My rhomboid major is screwed up. I know this because when I attempt lateral rotation of my scapula, it hurts. Its is probably an adhesion which is entrapping a nerve because when my mom pressed on it, I could feel referred pain in my tailbone.

I know too much about muscles. By the time I graduate, I have a feeling I am going to be completely vegan.
