The OTHER Director's Scenes

So, last night it was dir. scenes for the BAs and tonight I went to see Alex perform in "Frank and Juliet" for Cabaret's dir. scenes. I didn't really know any of the other actors, but Greg and Jill did a good job directing their scenes too. Anyway, after typing a couple of things and then deleting them, I think I'm gonna keep my opinion on some stuff to myself. That's what my private journal is for anyway. So, yeah... there was some good acting, there was some bad acting, there was some good directing, and some bad directing. I don't know what to say about it, so the only thing I feel safe saying in an open blog is that Alex has a certain level of charisma and stage presence that was riveting. My mind wandered for several different scenes, but Alex held me glued... so... bravissimo, Alex! I think you have some very promising talent.
