burning spirit

Jeremiah 5:14
Therefore this is what the Lord God Almighty says: "Because the people have spoken these words, I will make my words in your mouth a fire and these people the wood it consumes."

God goes on to tell Jeremiah what words to say to them. I am having the same sensation, my only problem is I don't know what the words are. I feel like my spirit or soul is on fire, with some great revelation burning to get out of me, but I don't know what it is. Its slowly sinking lower into the pit of my stomach, and its not heartburn, even though it is so strong spiritually or emotionally that its nearly physical.
