Good news!!

Ok so I have some good news and some bad news. The bad news is for another post. The good news is: remember that prompt book that I spent two straight days perfecting at the end of last semester? I went to get it today.

"Meghan. Your work here is quite good and thorough and your growth from the initial prelims to the finals submelled? [her handwriting is horrible] here is ENORMOUS. You should be quite pleased. I am not sure you are quite ready to take the helm of a show- my instinct says you need some more depth of understanding BUT this is excellent work deserving of an A for the book and the course. I don't generally give As if I don't think you are ready to do a show but your hard work and the development from prelims to final makes you deserving and especially considering that you aren't a stage management major. Well done! Carol."

HEHE!! Even though it basically says "Since you aren't Mason Gross I didn't think you'd do it" I was still on cloud 9 when I got my book back haha. And the fact that when she handed it to me, she remembered it was good. And the fact that when I talked to Marshall Jones, my advisor, he said Carol was telling him how good my prompt book was. Yay me!!

Pat on back. The bad news is also about me but that'll be for another time, since I'm kinda in a rush right now. Its nothing major. Its barely even bad. Ok running out. Bye.
